My wife and I were discussing getting our son Cruz a puppy. I have been wanting one for a while now, but my wife never really seemed on board because dogs are a lot more work than cats. Cats are easy, feed them twice a day and they do their business in a litter. You don’t even have to train them.
Last night my wife seemed pretty serious though about getting one. I am not picky about dogs, I just don’t want a little puppy.
I’m fond of golden retrievers, pitbulls, and something with some bulk to it. Something that will be a first line of defense against anyone who shouldn’t be in our house.
And, when we do get a dog, I am excited to watch my son play with the pup. Because you get moments like this!
The little guy just wanted to play fetch, but the pup didn’t. So, he gives the dog a hug anyway.
