Usually I put “TOO CUTE!” videos up on Tuesday, but I couldn’t find one. So, here it is today!
For central Illinois, there is snow on the ground. And this little lady has a hard time believe snow falls from the sky and then covers the ground. Her reaction? To laugh hysterically!
