It takes a special kind of performer to punch everyone in America in the feelings at the same time.

Yes, I’m talking about Kesha.

If you didn’t watch the Billboard Awards on Sunday, here’s a recap: Kesha gave one of the most emotional performances the Billboard Awards has probably ever seen. She covered Bob Dylan’s ‘It Ain’t Me Babe’ with Ben Folds, and Twitter exploded with feels. It was beautiful.

In light of her struggles with her record label and her allegations against Dr. Luke, I was so happy to see Kesha take the stage again. Her performance was almost cancelled, given recent events, but I’m so glad she got the chance to do what she’s wanted to do for so long.

Hopefully Kesha can bless us all with new music in the future. Until then, her incredible performance was definitely enough to remind us that she’s staying strong.
