Goldy has her own band and works close with Pro Wrestling, but more importantly, she is a big voice for Mental Health Awareness. May was Mental Health Awareness Month, but due to our changing world, now is also a great time to call a friend, remind a friend or family member that they are not alone in all of this mentally or physically.

Since the COVID hit, more friends have died by suicide than any other way.
I watch the strongest of the strong cave not being able to work, provide for their families, tour, do their nursing, pay their staff… no one saw this coming. I question my own sanity from day to day.
