Hey, it’s ORyan! Morning Grind host for… about a week left. But, it’s ok. I am staying in town to become the Area Director for Best Buddies!!! I can’t wait to make progress towards an inclusive community for our friends and family with intellectual and developmental disabilities! The thing is, I will need your help!

Best Buddies proudly announces the names of the champions, Jamie Van Buskirk, Stephanie Chaon, Chris Impens, Elliot Lambdin, Jason Parkinson and Ellie Wertz. These champions will have been competing over an 8-week period to raise funds and awareness for Best Buddies Illinois. The Gala will celebrate each of their accomplishments and name the ultimate Champion of the Year.
Best Buddies Illinois, a local non-profit organization, will host their 4th annual Champion of the Year Gala on November 1st,2019 at the Trailside Event Center in Peoria Heights, from 6-11pm. Guests will enjoy a fun and inspiring evening with dinner and drinks, while having the opportunity to bid on special experiences and items throughout the live and silent auction. Guests will also enjoy a two hour dueling piano show by Fun Pianos!
Proceeds from the night benefit local Best Buddies programming in the Central Illinois area and help to open new chapters and support their new jobs program.
